1. Introduction

Welcome to Dreamdrapes.ae, operated by Dream Drapes And Furnishings LLC, a UAE-based provider of custom-made curtains and blinds. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Services

We provide made-to-measure curtains and blinds tailored to your specifications. All items are custom-produced and installed through our network of trusted partners.

3. Bookings

• A booking is made when a customer provides their details and selects a slot via our website.
• A booking is considered confirmed only when the customer’s phone number has been successfully verified:
  • Either by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of booking on the website, or
  • If OTP verification fails or is not completed, by confirming via WhatsApp after receiving a notification from our team.
• If the phone number is not verified, Dreamdrapes reserves the right to hold or cancel the booking until verification is successfully completed.
• Bookings do not constitute an order. An order will only be placed once payment is made according to the options detailed in Section 6.

4. Order Confirmation & Modifications

Orders are confirmed when one of the following is received:

• Full upfront payment
• 70% advance payment
• First installment of a three-month payment plan

Customers have a 24-hour window after payment to cancel or request changes to their order. After 24 hours, the order is considered locked, enters production, and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Pre-Installation Requirements

Prior to installation, the customer must confirm the following:

• Approval for drilling (work permit if required)
• Electricity is available at the site
• Location is ready (no construction or obstacles)
• Installation date is confirmed

Installation will be completed strictly as per the quotation. Any changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and delays. Failure to meet requirements may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

We offer three payment options:

• Full upfront payment
• 70% advance payment, 30% at installation
• 3-month installment plan (service fee applies)

Orders are confirmed only after payment.

7. Payment Methods

• Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard via secure link or website)
• Bank Transfer (for upfront payments)
• Cash (during measurement visit for upfront payments)

8. Delivery & Installation

• Installation target: within 5 working days after payment
• Timelines may vary due to production or unforeseen issues
• Any issues must be reported within 7 days for resolution
• Compensation may include discount, replacement, or agreed solution

9. Outstanding Balances & Legal Enforcement

Remaining 30% due after successful installation.

Late payments may result in penalties:

• AED 300 after 3 days
• AED 30 per additional day

Failure to pay within 14 days may lead to legal action.

10. Warranty & Quality

• 12-month warranty on fabrics and rails
• 5-year warranty on motors
• Does not cover misuse, wear & tear, or external conditions

11. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of payment
• After that, no refunds unless defective product
• No refunds after successful installation

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses
• Liability is limited to the amount paid

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law. All disputes fall under Dubai courts jurisdiction.
